All tents are delivered and set-up by us, no over the counter tent rentals. Event Coordinating- Don't want the hassle of putting it all together? We offer event/wedding coordinating for an extra fee. Tell us what you want and we'll put it all together for you. We have contacts and work along side many reputable people in the party industry. We can pull it all together for you from your rehearsal dinner, caterer, photographer, DJ, tents, cake, locations and even the porta-potty! Price based on event type, location and size. |

For your wedding shower, birthday party, baby shower, holiday gathering, open-house, reunions,business meetings, non-profit and social groups. 10% off Banquet Center for your shower or rehearsal dinner when we are providing tents,tables or chairs for your wedding. Winter Prices 3 hours-$75.00~~~~4 hours-$100.00~~~5 hours-$125.00 6 hours-$150.00~~7 hours $175.00 8 hours $200.00 $10.00 for each hour after 8. Birthday Party Package: $125.00 3 Hours, Popcorn Machine & Supplies and 5 Gallon Drink Cooler, Happy Birthday Banner, Table Covers and Balloons. SEATING IS SET UP FOR 60 people but will hold up to 80 people. We have round tables in our facility and we provide white covers on the tables. You provide covers for your food/cake tables. All Rentals require a $30.00 booking deposit. If reservations are cancelled less than 15 days in advance or if facilities are not clean per contract terms, we may keep this deposit. Otherwise it will be returned within 15 business days after your rental. If alcohol will be consumed on the premises we may require an addtional $100.00 deposit. |
